I did manage to send out some emails to the guaranteed to come folks with hotel information. Now I just need to call and reserve a selection of rooms. Whats next? Invitations.. I may be nuts but I really don’t see the point in spending $500 to mail out invitations to 40-50 people.. < — insert 25 minutes –> Help my brain has just turned to mush..
