But seriously, they were halfway through the burgers before noticing the pot. So they basically took in the equivalent of one joint. Being an illegal substance I would of course have no knowledge of the effect of pot on a person's system, but pot's a substance that takes a LOT to have an effect on a first time user. One joint and you're not going to notice a thing. So the bigger question might be that if the cops were already being affected by one joint worth of pot...
